Today the Co-Chairman of the OPPOSITION BLOC faction held a meeting with representatives of the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council.
Agricultural producers from Cherkasy, Odesa, Kyiv and Kirovohrad regions attended the meeting.
The main issue is raiding, which has acquired catastrophic proportions in Ukraine today. It is possible to lose everything overnight.
“You can wake up in the morning, look at the register, and you are no longer the owner. To return everything you either must bring money or all the equipment, grain, harvest will be taken out from your field,” the Head of the Supreme Arbitration Court, Andrey Dykun said.
According to the Co-Chairman of the OPPOSITION BLOC, raiding in the village is a business of state officials.
“It is impossible to imagine that a notary, without using the support of an official from the Ministry of Justice, or from law enforcement agencies, can easily sign the land over another person. All these paramilitary organizations that work under the roof of law enforcement agencies are all links of the same chain. State officials, riding this activity, patronize it, and no laws can change this ugly shameful phenomenon. The current authorities are completely mired in this,” Yuriy Boyko emphasized.
In addition, the representatives of the Supreme Arbitration Court told the Co-Chairman of the opposition faction on their legislative activities, in particular regarding draft laws No 8121 on countering raiding, which the Verkhovna Rada adopted on July 10 in the first reading, and No 6527 on cooperation, which is postponed.
The Co-Chairman of the faction promised to support the OPPOSITION BLOC in voting on draft laws aimed at protecting farming and developing agriculture. In addition, deputy requests from oppositionists will be sent to the Ministry of Justice.
