The deputy of the Kirov District Council in Kirovohrad from the OPPOSITION BLOC Oleksandr Rykhlitskyi stated this. According to him, residents of the Kirovohrad region are extremely outraged by the so-called medical reform, and those who live in villages where the Internet is not good, can generally stay out of the widely advertised system of "Electronic Health".
"Especially concerned are those who have patients with cancer and cardiovascular diseases. It is known that these diseases together cause 80% of all deaths of Ukrainians, and now only 27% and 30% of the necessary budget are planned for their treatment," Rykhlitskyi said.
According to him, the extinction of Ukrainian citizens has accelerated. "In 2016 the number of deaths was 175 thousand more than those born, and in 2017 this figure increased to 198 thousand. If the population of the country continues to decline at such a rate, then what will happen to Ukraine?"- the opposition politician said.
Over the past two years, about 70 thousand doctors left Ukraine for abroad. And if the current policy of the Ministry of Health continues, we can expect that another 50 thousand will leave in the next few years. And this is a real catastrophe of the industry.
"In Ukraine, the level of vaccination of the population fell below the indicators of the 90s. 10 thousand cases of measles were named by Acting Minister of Health Suprun situational. International purchases of drugs are broken," Oleksandr Rykhlitskyi said.
The deputy listed a number of other problems in the medical industry: "At the meeting of the profile committee it became clear that Uliana Suprun did not even know how many family doctors needed to run the "medical reform". Our doctors receive the lowest salary in the world. The Cabinet of Ministers equalized the salaries of the doctor and the nurse. The program to fight cancer has failed. The Ministry of Health violated the terms of the project "Improving health care in the service of people", to which the World Bank has allocated $ 215 million, is failing to develop the electronic healthcare system, which is another $ 3 million of the World Bank."
"The Law of Ukraine "On State Financial Guarantees for Medical Care of the Population" prepared by the Ministry of Health, which was adopted on October 19, 2017, violates 10 articles of the Constitution of Ukraine. Is it possible to destroy the established system of such an important industry without creating something better on its ruins?"- Oleksandr Rykhlitskyi concluded.
