On the map of Ukraine, there will be another united community - Radomyshl City United Territorial Community (UTC). There will be held the first elections on October 29, which will continue the process of decentralization in the Zhytomyr region. Candidate for the post of Radomyshl Mayor OPPOSITION BLOC of Zhytomyr region put forward Dmytro Shchipansky, Head of the Radomyshl Agrarian Educational and Production Center, Head of the Radomishlyane NGO, a well-known volunteer and patron of art.
"Every day I walk along the same streets as all the Radomishl citizens, I breathe the same air and drink the same water. I believe that the priority should be social policy, namely, care for pensioners and support for young people. We will begin a program of construction of social housing in the Radomyshl City UTC, so that young families have the incentives to live and work in the community. In addition, the intention is to build a garbage recycling plant and help solve environmental problems in order to protect people from the appearance of diseases through poor quality water, contaminated soil and air. I intend to create a fund to support people who have been victims of a fire or a natural disaster," the candidate for the post of mayor said.
The main goal of Dmytro Shchipansky is not to make a living, but in practice to make the life of the community comfortable and safe. "My goal is to create a comfortable and safe environment on the territory of the community. I do not see the need to close schools and medical institutions. At one time, I created the Radomyshl Agrarian Training and Production Center, and therefore I treat with special respect the mission of educational institutions in the modern world. I do not intend to close schools or kindergartens, but on the contrary - I am ready to open new ones on the territory of our UTC. We will keep the regional hospital and will promote the development of rural medicine. The success of Radomyshl UTC largely depends on its educated, healthy and happy inhabitants," Dmytro Shchipansky said.
He noted that 26 deputies would be held in Radomyshl City UTC. "We formed a list of candidates with two criteria in mind. Experienced people will make an embodiment of the electoral program, and young people, who seek to change the Radomyshl district and connect their future with it, will bring new ideas," Dmytro Shchipansky stressed.
